It's official, we are now Zeitview. We want it to reflect our mission to help accelerate the transition to sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy.
It was officially announced that DroneBase will now be known as Zeitview. You may have received an email about the announcement which you can revisit here. Below are a few questions we received from pilots so far.

Why do I still see “DroneBase”?
You may still see DroneBase as we continue to make updates across our platform. This will take some time but anything operating under DroneBase will continue to do so under Zeitview. If you experience any issues with certain web links, email addresses, etc. you can reach out to pilots@zeitview.com for assistance.
When and how will I know about any other changes that have been made?
Pilots may be redirected to any new web address or web page when clicking on or searching anything DroneBase. Pilots may also receive an email reply or notification about where to go to access certain resources or items should the existing locations change.
I receive an error message when trying to email support.
Pilots can still email pilots@dronebase.com for support, those are still routed to our Zeitview email addresses. If your emails are getting bounced, there may be additional issues with your email service provider.
I keep getting a blank screen when I try to access my missions or profile.
If you're trying to upload or update your profile but getting a blank or white screen then try using another device or browser. The website should be working better than the app as long as you have the latest updates on your device and browser. Google Chrome typically works best but you can try Firefox, Safari, or MS Edge. We are still making updates to our platform so you may need to consistently update the app and/or clear your cache, cookies, or history in order to see the latest changes.
I'm receiving email notifications from pilots@zeitview.com but when I reply my email bounces back.
Please continue to reach out to pilots@dronebase.com for pilot support. If you're trying to reply to an email notification then either change the recipient email address to pilots@dronebase.com or just CC pilots@dronebase.com.
